The Progressive Technical Support Project is please to announce that we are now testing a Dreamhost VPS for sharing with local Green parties and like minded non-profit progressive organizations.

Hosting involves the GP or progressive organization registering a domain at any registar, then pointing its DNS servers at ns1,ns2,ns3.dreamhost.com, then turning up webhosting, email, email discussion lists and announcement only lists.

The local GP / prog org is responsible for creating the website with the tools of their choice and keeping backups.

Jay T is covering the cost for the first year, hoping to take up a collection after the first year to cover the fee once it goes up to 30/mo.
